The meeting was organized by the National Commission, being the Head of Network, within the context of the Network support scheme, to discuss the statutes of the national network, and the draft of development and action plans for the years 2009-2011. The discussion also centered around the importance of network coordination, communication among the network members, common vision and proposed activities for the network; as well as the creation of an executive bureau to be composed of 5 network members, views regarding membership in the network by profit seeking organization and those with foreign nationality, and the financial policy of the national network.
