The Lebanese National Commission for Unesco is calling for nominations for the co-sponsored fellowships by Unesco and the International Center for Sustainable Energy Development (ISEDC) in Moscow, aimed at enhancing the capacity-building and human resources development in the field of sustainable and renewable energy in developing countries and countries in transition.
The training will be held in specialized institutions in the Russian Federation from 1 to 26 October 2012. Candidates must be holder of a degree in economics, not more than 45 years of age, and proficient in the Russian language. All applications should be sent prior to May 16, 2012.
